Blending Blades rotate at high speed and anticlockwise direction. Additives or Binders are perfectly mixed and every particle are evenly coated all around. Intensive mixing of oil bonded sand & Silicate Sand which has been found to be the most efficient method of mixing. In every short time (3 to 4 minutes) the batch can be ready for discharge as a completely aerated perfectly homogeneous mixture.
